Hunting Rates & Info for 2018 Hunt Season
Our fees include meals, lodging, guide service, field care of meat, trophy preparation, transportation between Fort Nelson, BC and the lodge.
All our fees are in US funds. A deposit is required to book all hunts. 50% of hunt price must be received as deposit prior to Dec 31st of the winter before your trip. Balance of the hunt fees are due by June 1st the summer before your hunt. Harvest fees for extra animals are due upon arrival as Cash, Cashier's Cheque or Money Order. No personal cheques will be accepted.
- Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred to another party. We do recommend buying cancellation insurance (1-800-348-9505)
- A fee of $400 per day booked will be charged for non-hunters accompanying hunters.
- We can arrange crating and shipping of trophies.
- Licenses are guaranteed for all game (no draw necessary). We will mail a license application form as well as our Outfitter / Client contract well in advance of your hunt.
- All licenses and tags must be acquired and paid for prior to the hunt.
- Not Included:
- Hunting licenses and species tags
- Tax (GST) of 5%
- Government royalties on game taken (included in all hunts except Grizzly bear)
- Flight to and from camp (price varies / app. $1000)
- Non Resident Hunt Preservation Fund $150 in 2013 (mandatory for GOABC members and now $200 for 2014 season)
- Shipping, crating and export permits (we use Dakota Taxidermy(800-669-9217) as our preferred shipper)
- Licence and tag prices are in CDN funds(includes GST tax) which will vary depending on the current exchange rate. We will convert prior to sending the application to you.
