Stone Mountain Guaranteed Stone Sheep Hunt

14 day Trophy Stone Sheep                 $37,000

  • Additional animals can be taken for a harvest fee of $3,900 each, includes royalties!
  • Trophy fees for Stone Sheep, Black Bear and Wolf are included
  • $9,250 deposit to book (first half of 50% deposit)
  • $9,250 additional deposit (second half of 50% deposit) by December 31st the winter before your hunt date
  • Trophy fee option, $25,000 base hunt with $14,000 harvest fee (trophy fee)
  • Extra days can be added for $900/day

10-11 day One Species Hunt (either Elk, Moose, Caribou, or Goat)     $10,900

  • Additional animals can be taken for a harvest fee of $3,900 each, including harvest royalties and tax
  • Black Bear and Wolf are included
  • $5,450 deposit to book
  • Extra days can be added for $900/day

2 on 1 (2 hunters & 1 guide) 12 day One Species per hunter (either Elk, Moose, Caribou, or Goat)     $8,900 each

  • Additional animals(3 or more) can be taken for a harvest fee of $3,900 each, including harvest royalties and tax
  • Black Bear and Wolf are included
  • $4,450 deposit to book
  • Extra days can be added for $1,200/day

10-11 day Multi Species Hunt (available species: either Elk, Moose, Caribou, or Goat)     $13,900

  • Trophy fees for Elk, Moose, Goat, Caribou, Black Bear and Wolf are included
  • $6,950 deposit to book
  • Extra days can be added for $900/day

14 day Multi Species Hunt (available species: either Elk, Moose, Caribou, or Goat)     $15,900

  • Trophy fees for Elk, Moose, Goat, Caribou, Black Bear and Wolf are included
  • $7,900 deposit to book

14 day Grizzly Bear Hunt             $16,900

  • Trophy fees for Grizzly Bear, Black Bear and Wolf are included
  • Additional animals can be taken for a harvest fee of $3,900 each, including harvest royalties and tax
  • $8,450 deposit to book
  • Trophy fee add on to other hunt packkages is negotiable!
  • Not included is the government harvest royalty (currently $1000)
  • Extra days can be added for $900/day

General Information

  1. Our fees include meals, lodging, guide service, field care of meat, trophy preparation, transportation from and to Fort Nelson, BC.
  2. All our fees are in US funds. A deposit is required to book all hunts. 50% of hunt price must be received as deposit prior to Dec 31st of the winter before your trip. Balance of the hunt fees are due by June 1st the summer before your hunt. Harvest fees for extra animals are due upon arrival as Cash, Cashier's Cheque or Money Order. No personal cheques will be accepted.
  3. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred to another party. We do recommend buying cancellation insurance (1-800-348-9505)
  4. A fee of $400 per day booked will be charged for non-hunters accompanying hunters.
  5. We can arrange crating and shipping of trophies.
  6. Licenses are guaranteed for all game (no draw necessary). We will mail a license application form as well as our Outfitter / Client contract well in advance of your hunt.
  7. All licenses and tags must be acquired and paid for prior to the hunt.
  8. Not Included:
    • Hunting licenses and species tags
    • Tax (GST) of 5%
    • Government royalties on game taken (included in all hunts except Grizzly bear)
    • Flight to and from camp (price varies / app. $1000)
    • Non Resident Hunt Preservation Fund $150 in 2013 (mandatory for GOABC members and now $200 for 2014 season)
    • Shipping, crating and export permits (we use Dakota Taxidermy(800-669-9217) as our preferred shipper)

  9. Licence and tag prices are in CDN funds(includes GST tax) which will vary depending on the current exchange rate. We will convert prior to sending the application to you.
